I hope today finds you and your family healthy and happy during this very stressful time. I have updated some of the class pages to provide additional options to keep you up and active. In Additional Resources, I have added a few fun activities to do while being active during this time of physical distancing.

Under Files and Documents, I have included a 2-week fitness log for you to start recording your activity each week. Obviously, the more activity you do the better, however, to ease any stress associated with virtual learning that you may have, you can try to aim for 3 days a week for around 30 minutes each day. On the same page, I included a file titled, Alphabet Fitness Key. This is a neat idea to create workouts each day. You can use the key to spell your name, the day of the week, the month, etc. I will add different activities throughout the week for you to try, so keep checking in.

The fitness log will not be graded. It is just a way for you to start tracking your activity in an effort to get us up and active. Please feel free to reach out with any questions or concerns.
