Medication at School
If your student requires medication during the school day, it must be brought to the school by a parent or guardian and will be stored in the school clinic. This includes prescribed medication and over the counter medication. An Authorization for Medication Administration form must be completed and kept on file before any medication can be given.
Please ensure the form is filled out completely, as it may require a physician’s signature. If you have any questions, please contact Ms. George.
